At Itel, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Itel account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely place the electronic device in its original box along with all cables, manuals, and promotional items, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for transit to our quality inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
